David is a chartered accountant who has implemented job management, project management, finance and CRM systems across service, maintenance, project and construction businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

He has extensive experience delivering transformation and AI-enabled solutions, including custom-built apps, finance automations and AI agents for AroFlo and Simpro. Combined with his understanding of business processes and the commercial measures behind trade businesses, this helps him focus on effective solutions and a clear return on investment.

Mace grew a trade and construction business from four people to a team of 30 over five years. Before that, he spent eight years coaching trade-business owners on growth and operations.

He also founded API Integrations, a reporting platform built to turn data from systems including Simpro and AroFlo into useful commercial reporting.

That experience covers the practical work of scaling a team, improving customer service and giving owners a clearer view of how their business is performing.
